Landlords Gas Safety Checks
We carry out Gas Safety Checks for several letting agencies.
References Can be supplied. Rates are normally £50 to £75 + VAT depending
on the amount of gas appliances and location.
Bathrooms / showers
We can install
a new bathroom / Shower room. Complete with the supply of sanitary
ware, tiling. Call for quote. We can install power showers to
existing shower.
Power flushing
Power flushing leaves your central heating system as clean inside as
when it was first installed and then treated with inhibitor.
Boiler Changes
We carry out boiler changes and system upgrades using top manufactures
and high efficiency boilers, combination boilers and condensing boilers -
includes power flushing.
Central Heating Installations.
Installations of new heating systems with the latest high efficiency
boilers, combination boilers, condensing boilers etc.
Boiler Maintenance
and Breakdowns.
We are
available for central heating breakdowns and boiler servicing.
Services between £75 - £125 + VAT depending on boiler type.
